Windows 10: Computer appears configured correctly but not getting a response from Microsoft?

For almost a week now I've been regularly losing internet. When troubleshooting it says something to the effect of "Computer appears correctly configured but is not receiving a response from www.Microsoft.com".I saw a post from someone with a similar issue, though for theirs the paranthisis was around "DNS Server" instead of "Microsoft." The solution given there was to open Command Prompt as Administrator and follow several steps. I don't remember all the steps but things like "ipconfig /resetipconfig /flushdns"There were more than just those two, hoping the more tech savvy here know the pro

The error message "your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource(web proxy) is not responding" that you are getting, may have something to do with your profile or with the Windows components of your computer. With that said,
