Windows 10: Computer Backscreens frequently and Bluescreens minimum twice a Day.

First I would like to declare my current hardware:i5-12600K, overclockedMSI MPG Z690 DDR4 Edge Wi-FiCorsair Vengeance RS DDR4-3600, 32GB formerly DDR4-3000Asus TUF RX 6800 XT formerly 2070 SuperWD SN850 500GB SSDWD 3.5 HDD 2TBIssues began to arise after I had swapped out my ram kit from a Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4-3000, 16GB to be able to play Microsoft flight simulator, however, this caused frame stuttering in all games that is very noticeable and makes said games unplayable, it also causes reduced maximum FPS. I suggest you to Run memory test for at least 8 passes, prefarably Overnight.

If you have a DDR4 RAM, use MemTest86 rather than MemTest86+

When the test completes post back the Image(You can use your phone's camera).

Bluescreen during browsing webpage

there is auto windows update for 2018-10 cumulative update for windows 10, and kaspersky internet security auto updated to 19 version, few day later after update it give bluescreen of KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED when
browsing internet webpage. Then I try to update the Realtek network card driver, but it did not solve the problem and
now new bluescreen message is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I had tried the troubleshooting steps but it still the same thing happen when I browse webpage.

 

Computer restarting itself twice a day for damn updates,

Every day and sometimes twice a day my computer restarts itself with no warning and I am getting really pi**ed with it, sometimes I get a warling to say its restarting but for the major part nothing shows it just shuts down, I have done everything that
microsoft suggested and I am at the stage now where I just want to block microsoft accessing my computer for ANYTHING so what files do I need to delete to stop them doing it, I have had enough of the **** and at times shutting down at very important times.
