Windows 10: Computer Beeps and Doesnt Turn on

After my Intel Graphics card was mysteriously disabled, my pc only had a black screen but would still turn on. As told online, I opened up the pc and took out the CMOS for a minute and put it back in, but after putting the screen back on and plugging everything back in, it will beep for a second after i try turning it on and stay as a black screen. I was thinking it might have something to do with the pc case, because it think it doesnt close properly but i did press it down as much we possible, but please give other suggestions

Computer beeping

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and now I find that after sitting for a while, my computer seems to lock up - the screen is black and will not come on, and the computer itself is beeping... Any suggestions as to what may be causing this????

 

no beeps at bootup

When i turn it on the fans do spin, I tried DanTheBanjoman's suggestion and no beeps I took ram out and no beeps, I took battery and ram out and still no beeps I even tried a video card and still no beeps.

 

PC starts only with PSU switch, beeps and turns off

I should know what's up by tomorrow evening. Thanks for all of your input.

I'm one who tries to think of step 2 before step 1 is finished. If this doesnt work I may be looking at finding a cpu/motherboard combo that I can afford that has at least the same performance as what I have, which was new in 2011. I will be upgrading eventually in the next year anyway. Any suggestions of a CPU/MB for around $300? Or less?
