Windows 10: Computer black screen on start-up after not updating it

So there was an update that I choose not to because it was late, whenever I do this my laptop has a problem on start up. It will try to to the update, fail I assume… but it will freeze on a black screen before it gets to that process. It usually fixes after 4 restarts, however today it’s deciding to be stubborn. I know the easiest fix is to go into advanced and repair it but here’s where that’s a problem:My laptop was fixed before, and the guy who fixed it reset it but signed up on windows with a fake email and I don’t know the password… so I can’t do anything there.Is there ANY WAY to get i

Black Screen During Driver Update

I reinstalled my laptop back to factory settings, and I wanted to update the GPU drivers. But when I try, the screen turns black during the update, but the computer is still running. I was forced to turn off the computer and turn it back on. I used system restore, so now I'm using the default drivers that came with the laptop. Can you guys suggest anything?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
