  1. computer blue screens randomly and while trying to run cmd commands to try and fix it

my pc has been blue screening for a little while but its not super common and i cant make it do it consistently except for when i tried to diagnose or fix it using cmd by first running sfc /scannow then running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth second, but it has crashed every time trying to run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth with two different codes I'm not sure the first but the second was watchdog violation I'm just stumped because i don't know where to go from now considering this pc is less then 3 months old and its been a massive pain

    :)

    Blue screen and stop code

    Hi
    Jeferis,

There are a lot of factors for this matter to occur. To isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

    • What activity have you done to
trigger the NTFS and FAT FILE SYS loop?

    • were there any error messages?

    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    It is possible that the
    Boot
Sequence were corrupted by the previous activity which
triggered the Blue Screen Error and the loop. We recommend that you perform these
    suggested troubleshooting
and see if there are any changes:

    Startup Repair.

    To access the
Startup Repair Screen, turn off the
    PC 3-4 times(force shutdown),
while on the Blue screen Error. This will route you to the
    Startup repair screen:

Advanced Boot Options > click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

    and run the following command:

    Run SFC Scan:

    SFC
    will
    scan
    and
    run
    an
    automatic repair
    to any
    corrupted system files
that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run an
    SFC scan, follow these steps:

    • Run
      Command Prompt as Administrator.

    • Type
      sfc /scannow
      and hit
      Enter.

    Boot Record:

This will fix the corruptions on
    boot records or boot
sequence. To run this command, follow these steps:

    • Run
      Command Prompt as Administrator.

    • Type the following command:

      • Bootrec /fixMBR

      • Bootrec /fixBoot

      • Bootrec /rebuildBCD

Update us on how it goes.

    Regards.

  3. Blue screen trying to run the Bitlocker recovery mode

    Hey there,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Community.

Bitlocker is not recommended for dual systems (especially non-primary systems) because the encryption will fail as it will interact with each other during the reboot encryption phase, causing the encryption to not complete all the way. We could first analyze the cause of the blue screen through the blue screen log. You can collect the log of your computer by the following steps:

Please check if there are .dmp files in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory.

    • If so, package these files, upload them to OneDrive, and share them, and then include a link to share them in the next reply. Since these files detail exactly what happened when your system crashed, this helps us resolve your issue.
    • If not, run the following command to try to enable it. Win logo key + Q, open the search box, type "cmd", then right-click Command Prompt, select Run as administrator), and then type the following command.
    wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType=3

This is to enable blue screen logging. You need to try to access the C:\Windows\Minidump directory to see if there are .dmp files after the next blue screen appears.

Thank you for your time and effort working on this issue. If there are any updates or changes, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Have a nice day and stay safe!
