Windows 10: computer bluescreening again

hello, i was here a few weeks ago because my computer kept bluescreening and i couldnt find the issue, but after completely wiping and reinstalling windows, it was fixed for a while. but now, im getting amd driver timeouts, and crashes to bluescreen or blackscreens consistently, i will provide the dmp log, please help me if you can this issue is so far beyond me i have no clue why its happening, i have tried literally every fix i have been told.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o2yw66-RIzXeGzAXEiUS7I1V0vb7QJoM/view?usp=sharing

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

Bluescreen during browsing webpage

there is auto windows update for 2018-10 cumulative update for windows 10, and kaspersky internet security auto updated to 19 version, few day later after update it give bluescreen of KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED when
browsing internet webpage. Then I try to update the Realtek network card driver, but it did not solve the problem and
now new bluescreen message is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I had tried the troubleshooting steps but it still the same thing happen when I browse webpage.
