Windows 10: Computer boot stuck on 64%

Greetings!

Laptop: Acer Predator Helios 300

So I built a new pc and gave my gaming laptop to my brother, He formatted it fully and for around seven hours it has been stuck on the same thing:

It would load up, like the predator logo would be at the top and the loading circles at the bottom, the screen would go black then do the same screen but this time under the circles it would say, "Welcome" and then for a split second it would say "Updating windows 64%"

Help asap would be very appreciated.

• Even after resetting, does it still get stuck at 64%?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• How are you upgrading your operating system?

Restore factory setting stuck installing windows at 64%

No error message or code encountered

I tried installing windows 10 using usb now the new windows is in my hard drive. But still when i boot in my ssd it still installing stuck at 64
