  2. BSOD Clock_WatchDog_Timeout

    Hi

I have been receiving the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD even after I installed a fresh Windows 10 Pro. I usually get this error when I do nothing and it just freezes by itself which seems peculiar. I even followed these steps as described in this link (Redirecting) and it didn't work out.

I have uploaded the MiniDump file (find out the below link).

    Microsoft OneDrive

And here is the analysis of the memory dump file using WinDebug:

    Any suggestions?

    BSOD whea_uncorrectable_error and clock_watchdog_timeout

    Hello,

After Cmos reset and clean Windows 10 install I'm started getting some BSODs.
First time I've got whea_uncorrectable_error and some time later clock_watchdog_timeout.

Now I'm getting clock_watchdog_timeout all the time when I try to start AIDA64 stability test and in the middle game of CS:GO.

    Here is dump from bluescreenview:

And here is the dump files from "C:\Windows\Minidump":

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/ap25qa4ilr4gtc0/080315-7359-01.dmp

My CPU is running at 4.6G at 1.328V. RAM at 1866Mhz at 1.5V.
    Stock looks stable.

    Thanks
    Tintai

  4. Computer BSOD - clock_watchdog_timeout error

    BSOD - Clock_Watchdog_Timeout constantly happening

In the last couple days, despite no real updates to the PC, I have begun experiencing constant BSOD's with an error code of Clock_Watchdog_timeout. These crashes are becoming very frequent; sometimes immediately upon startup, sometimes a few minutes in, or sometimes shortly after loading a program or a game. I understand what this error is, however I cannot seem to debug what is causing the issue. I have tried numerous solutions including -

    1. Buying and installing brand new sticks of ram and inserting them into the correct slots
    2. Updating BIOS and restoring to factory defaults (my CPU/Memory is not, nor ever has been overclocked)
    3. I ran memory tests that indicated no errors found
      1. TestMem5
      2. Windows Memory Test
    4. I ran a memory stress test that DID NOT crash the computer
      1. Prime95 software used
    5. I ran a CPU stress test that almost immediately crashed my computer every time I ran it. This resulted in the same BSOD Clock_Watchdog_Timeout error.
      1. Prime95 software used
    6. I updated all drivers for various devices including Graphics Card, Intel Chipset, Peripherals, etc...
    7. I ran the following command functions
      1. sfc /scannow
      2. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
      3. a couple others like the command immediately above, however the exact prompts escape me at the moment
    8. I removed old thermal paste and replaced it with new thermal paste (AIO liquid cooler). I did this to eliminate potential error caused from heat?
    9. Restored windows from a previous backup from a week ago when I was not having these issues

I reviewed my minidumps that were being produced, but I haven't found them to be conclusive in my limited experience. I believe the computer is hard freezing during these BSODs and not capturing the full error however, I could be wrong.

    Minidumps listed below

    Can anyone please assist?
