Windows 10: Computer BSOD Crashing when downloading steam games and plugging in webcam, Help!

Hello!

I having been having challenges with my computer randomly BSOD on me, typically in games, downloading steam games/other install programs and plugging in my webcam.

Once it crashed with the Logitech c920 webcam on and now itll crash every time if I plug in the webcam. So I'm not sure whats going on if computer bsod and webcam bsod are related but its frustrating. I have run multiple driver programs and updated anything I could find including windows. I have bluescreenview and whocrashed. They point to ntoskrnl.exe, which is a very general. And a couple times when it picked up webcam plug in crash it said, lv321v64.

i7-8700k CPU @ 3.70GHz

ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming

Corsair vengence ram 4x8 32gig

I have run windows memory diagnostic multiple times, memtest 86, which came back fine and Prime95 stress test also fineoriginally gave error something like value 4 expected 5 or something, but not anymore. Really need help on this I have no idea what to do here... and repeat crashing is not good...

* Update- So after using the driver verifier, it crashed my computer not letting me start up or recover. Crashed multiple times with code Memory Managment when trying to reset the pc keeping files. So now its a fresh windows. Now when I go to download back the programs like steam games or installing evernote itll crash, lately giving code IRQL_not_less_or_equal or System service exception

Windows 10 Steam game crashes

To assist you better, I would like to ask some questions:

• Does the issue occur only with Steam games or all games?
• Are you able to view videos?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card driver by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

My computer consistently crashes when playing newer Steam games

  Is this issue specific to only games? Does the system crash, when you are working on documents, using other applications, watching videos etc.

  Is the issue confined with Steam games or with any other games as well?

  Are you overclocking the graphics card?

  Did you make any software changes to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• 
  Is your computer custom built?

BSOD on new computer while gaming

I just got a new computer about a month ago. Everything is new and I get BSOD (windows 10) while gaming mostly although it sometimes happens while I'm just using the computer. Sometimes the computer doesn't BSOD and just gives me a Access Violation Error. Not sure if related.

Steps I have taken:

• Updated all drivers and bios to latest versions

• Checked ram with windows memory test to see if ram is faulty. (A stick was and it was removed waiting for replacement)

• Clean Installed Windows after finding faulty ram

• I had 2 x 2080Ti installed, I removed one, tested and then swapped cards; issue still exist
