Windows 10: Computer BSOD with different Bugcheck codes every time

At first I thought my windows was corrupted so i formatted my SSD and reinstalled windows, I ran CrystalDiskRunner and got a 100% disk health, I also ran Windows Memory Diagnostics and found no errors. Still, I'm facing 1 BSOD on average per day. BSOD - "UNKNOWN BUGCHECK CODE"

Hi - yes.. my memory is: 2 sticks of Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL16 BL2K16G32C16U4B

A bit of context - the BSODs began shortly after moving from Windows 10 to 11 (HOME) last fall (1 BSOD every 1-2 days). In addition to all the actions I listed in my original post, I also did a clean reinstall of Windows 11 in Feb with no noticeable reduction in BSODs. This is the first time I've seen bugcheck code 1aa and it seems as if I'm getting various, different BSODs with multiple, different bugchecks with no apparent common cause. There is also no apparent "cause" as far as actions on the computer. In fact, the BSODs are frequently while no one is actively using the computer (as was the case for this most recent BSOD, no one was at the computer when the BSOD occurred.. we found it had rebooted the next time we sat down to use it).

I've run numerous memory tests and all have passed with no errors.

(BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?
