Windows 10: Computer "Buzz" when my phone is on and receives emails

Recently my laptop has started to "buzz" periodically. I believe I have narrowed it down to when my android phone gets and email.


If my phone is off... no buzz.


At one point a considerable time before the problem started I tried to link my phone. I did not seem to work properly and so far as I can see I removed the link also a considerable time before the problem started.


Shutting down the computer browsers or outlook on the laptop does not help.


This is driving me nuts.

Also hoping it sorted it out. It was long shot it even had the ground on the back(Not knowing anything about the receiver) The "correct" steps have been taken. But did it work? *Confused
