Windows 10: Computer can't load certain websites Youtube, Netflix, Gmail, Amazon etc

When I try to play a video on youtube or netflix, the video will play for like 5 seconds and then it stops playing and continously buffers. It also does not load gmail and amazon either. I know the issue is not internet speed/connection also connected via ethernet because playing games on the same computer has not been affected and I can watch youtube videos fine on my phone. I'm currently using Chrome but this problem occurs on Microsoft edge and Firefox. I've already tried Updating display adapters, reinstalling display adapters, restarting computer, deleting cookies on chrome, Updating ch

Unable to play YouTube or Netflix

Since upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro I am now unable to play YouTube or Netflix

I am using a Lenovo Yoga Book Windows version 10.0.18363

Netflix say:

• Perform Windows updates​

- this is what caused the issue and i am now on the latest version

• If you are using the Windows 10 N or Windows 10 KN edition, we suggest downloading the Windows Media Feature Pack.

- this is not applicable for my version

Upgraded to Windows 10 now certain websites (Amazon-LinkedIn) not loading properly using IE 11

I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10. When I load certain web pages now (Amazon & LinkedIn for example) they appear jumbled showing only verbiage - no graphics or pictures. Other websites still look fine after the upgrade. I'm using Internet
Explorer 11 and I've cleared history, cookies, etc...and added the websites to the compatibility list. I've also run the Internet Explore troubleshooter without any luck. The sites come up fine using Google Chrome. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

 

Microsoft Edge will not load Netflix

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this issue. Netflix does load on Chrome, and Amazon Instant video loads on the Edge browser, leaving me to believe that it is not a video card driver. Edge does load the Netflix website, but once I load the "my
list" page, it blinks rapidly. I have not tried troubleshotting this problem, as I don't know where to begin. obviously I am not high tech, but I do manage to find the answers to most issues that I've come accross. I have not made any changes as of yet to
my new Windows 10 install. I will try both of the methods that you have suggested and repost my results......wish me luck...thank you!
