Windows 10: Computer can't reboot since February 2023 update

My newer laptop just did this update and then it flagged the option to do recovery or try to reboot again. It's trying to reboot but nothing is happening and now it's at the blue recovery screen again. Ughhhh. Help!

Microsoft 11 February 4, 2023 update, affected my camera

Microsoft 11 automatically installed an update the morning of February 4, 2023. About 9 hours later, I went on Zoom and saw the right half of my face was in the dark. I did everything suggested including uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. Nothing worked. February 5, I saw it wasn't Zoom, it was the camera itself, which is built into Lenovo laptop (I think proper term is Integrated). I tried downloading other drivers and Microsoft and computer updates and followed a lot instructions. Nothing helped. In fact, some instructions, didn't work. Finally, someone suggested I delete current update and return to previous Microsoft 11 version. Now my camera is working. My laptop doesn't have slides or any of the other things I've read about online.

 

Problems since February 2023 update

Since the February 2023 update all of my operating systems won't work. I click on them, the operating cycle spins then the screen flashes as if they are about to open and the screen goes blank.

I cannot get any work done.

I can access Google and that is all!!

Any help please???
