Windows 10: Computer can’t restart and I don’t know my admin or system password

I believe I had a virus on my computer that redirected my searches to searchinet so I used malwarebytes and hitman pro to quarentine suspicious files but I think it quarentine important system files? When I restarted my pc it says “ Your PC did not start correctly” with Automatic Repair as the title. I have the option to go to advanced options but most of the options say that I either have to restart my pc which doesn’t work or I need to type in either the account password or the Admin password, both of which I don’t remember. You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

 

Don´t remember password

Is there anybody here who knows if there is a way to open the microSD card when you have forgotten the password?



Both my daughters have forgotten their passwords and can´t use their cards after their phones have been to service. Thankful for any help.
