Windows 10: Computer completely freezes only at the beginning of the day

This is a very odd problem so I'll try my best to describe it well.

The first time I start my PC in a day has 50% chances of freezing up on me. This includes:

1. Keyboard not responding (lights like caps lock toggle don't change)
2. The cursor may or may not be movable. If movable, nothing on desktop and browser is clickable, and eventually, the cursor also stops moving.
3. Power off button also doesn't work. Restarting the PC (restart button) or holding power button for 5-10 seconds to turn it off remains the only option.

The freezing up only and only occurs the in the first attempt of starting up the PC for that particular day. In the same day if I turn off and start the PC again, it doesn't freeze 100% of the time. This is what makes this an odd problem and makes me believe it is a hardware related, I just don't know what component is it. Could it be the motherboard? Can I do something in the BIOS?

Just yesterday I got myself a new mouse (Logitech G300S) and now that problem is replaced with infinite command prompt's underscore blinking. I mean, I turn on the PC, I see Gigabyte splash screen, then for a split second I see command prompt thingy (underscore blinking) then it is usually followed by the Blue windows 10 logo but instead it gets stuck at that underscore blinking forever. Although it's been only 2 times (yesterday and today) I don't think I should put that in the title but thought should mention anyway.

My PC Specifications:

• Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
• CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
• GPU: Galax GTX 1660 Super
• PSU: Corsair VS550
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB 3200 MHz
• Boot Drive: Kingston A1000 120G SSD

Computer Completely Freezes Often

My computer completely freezes very often (once every 1-2 days). When it freezes, I can do nothing. I cant move my mouse, I can't interact with the with the computer using the keyboard, it's just completely frozen. I have already factory reset my computer and wiped all my files to start new and see if it would help. But it didn't. I really don't know what to do!
I am using Windows 10

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
