Windows 10: Computer constantly blue screens especially when downloading from epic games or attempting...

I have been constantly having blue screens whenever I try to install fortnite from epic games and after a day of attempting to troubleshoot and utilize similar threads solutions I still continue to have this problem. Additionally, I am also having trouble downloading a windows update "2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5046714" and the non preview and getting the error code 0x800f0831. My PC blue screens when downloading games using EPIC games launcher.

I have been battling issues with my Epic Games Launcher downloading games. I haven't changed anything in the system when these issues started occurring. I have followed all of the suggestions from EPIC with no resolution.

When I am downloading games in the launcher, at some point during the install or update process my PC Blue screens.

The timing seems to be random and the errors vary.

Most common:

SYSTEM_TREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (what failed: bcmwl63a.sys)

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Once:

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

I have collected several log files and DX Diag files, and even epic launcher debug logs.

I would love some help to resolve this issue. I don't think it is a HW issue, but at this point I'm willing to retry scandisks, memory checks, etc. which didn't show anything wrong.

I hope someone out there can help me through this.
