Windows 10: Computer constantly stops and restarts

Every time I searched things up in the taskbar. I was only able to select a few things to start up. I then tried to reset my pc, and I didn’t have any files I wanted to keep anyways, with the local reinstall. Cloud reinstall wasn’t working for me either. Both options said that it had failed to reset my pc. So I clicked continue to Windows recovery environment. And now my pc is constantly restarting. Not showing me even a loading icon, it only makes it to the part where it shows my monitor brand before restarting again and going back to that point. I tried unplugging it and tried hard shutdown

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Printing stopped with November upgrade

I would suggest you check if the print spooler is running. Start/Stop print spooler service. Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + R, type services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  From the list, locate Print Spooler service.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and select Stop.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, repeat step 1&2.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and check if the service is started.
