This issue is a bit weird, and I'm at a loss for what to do.After using my computer as a medium to transfer files from one phone broken to another new and make a copy on a USB, every time I start the computer up, it force open groove music, no matter how many times I close it, and it'll reoccur a second after closing it. I've uninstalled groove, but then it defaulted to opening the windows media player installation window. When the programs open, the case flashing an icon, indicating it is reading/writing data, which is worrying. I've tried restoring my computer to before I transferred pho

Here are the instructions for upgrading your Sandisk MP3 Player:

• Remove any external card from the MP3 Player before performing firmware update
• Ensure your MP3 Player battery is at least 50% full
• Plug in your MP3 Player to your computer
• Copy Upgrade.hex to your MP3 player - do not put it into a folder, just copy it to the root of the MP3 Player
• Disconnect the MP3 Player and let the firmware update begin
• Once it finishes doing its update, it will turn itself off
• Turn the MP3 Player, Select your language and region preference
