Windows 10: computer cracked during installation

Hi, during installation of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020: Premium Deluxe Order 6862641295 computer, after downloadin about 15 Giga suddenly completely stopped. No combination was able to restart it. Result is that I unpleasantlly lost my downloading. Payment was regularly effected, but I have no retail copy disk to restart the installation. What can I do? windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
