Windows 10: Computer crapped itself

Hi, I'm running windows 11 with 512gb M.2 SSD, GTX 1650 and a Core i7-11700KF with 16gb RAM,In an attempt to optimise windows and get rid of all the background processes linux doesn't have or need, And you wonder why people like linux, I accidentally Disabled a vital process. I didn't realise until I had booted my computer and it said My pin wasn't available. I've tried multiple things, Including Booting safe mode, Loading from a recovery point Which didn't work because apparently it ran out of disk space I still have like 30 gb left, And Praying to the gods of computer shenanigans. Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
