Windows 10: Computer crash Kernel Mode Heap Corruption - Witcher 3

Regularly when I play Witcher 3, my computer crashes into blue screen with the code Kernel_Mode_Heap_Corruption. Fast Forward. I am getting BSOD on my pc with Kernel Mode Heap Corruption. How can I correct this

My pc crashed/s randomly and now it crashes even when i start it Saying Kernel Mode Heap Corruption.

Any help?How do i fix this?Apparently you can fix it removing the Creators update from recovery but i dont have that option and i dont remember installing this update in the first place so...

I'm using 3 pc systems with WIN10 pro and after updating the october 2018 version on all of these 3 computers the same problem: green screen in row after kernel mode heap corruption.

I think that there's a lot of responsibility by Microsoft! Problems handmade without enough of care.

Then you have to spoil your time and nerves. The best way to forget windows for the future?
