Windows 10: Computer Crash

So my computer started getting occasional crashes a few months ago, and when I added a third display it started crashing even more frequently. I didn't mind because it only happened twice a week or so and once it crashed I had to force restart it every time—I have a button that does that. Today it crashed while I was playing Minecraft and I force restarted my computer as usual, but when it rebooted, only my primary screen had a display, the other two said no input. Once I tried to launch Minecraft again I got an error that my driver doesn't work. I searched it up and all it seemed that you simply had to download something and replace a file, and although everyone in the comments said it worked, it still didn't work for me. I'm convinced that these two issues are related but I have no idea what's causing them. Does anyone have a clue? I tried switching the ports into my graphics card but it seems as though only the first DP port works, while when I switch to the others, the screen doesn't detect an input.


By the way, I use 5700xt with two lg 4k monitors and a 1070 with my other 1080p monitor

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

My new HP desktop computer still crashes. I tried following the steps in the link above, How to do a Disk check of System drive in Windows 10 and interpret the logs - Your Windows Guide...

I am not able to complete or follow the task required to allow you to see what happened with the computer crash. I need an easier step such as a 1 2 3 or and a b c, to-do list in order for me to let you see my System logs.
