Windows 10: Computer Crashed and Reset

Hello:Computer crashed and have 2 questions relating to setting up Windows 10 environment. First, in task bar, the time and date are in a black or dark font. I would like it printed in white. How do I change this?Second in taskbar colors, I really enjoyed that the colors rotated every few hours. Now I have just the one color. How do I make them rotate. I understad that some colors stick on the app but are a different shade on the taskbar. How do I get the color from the accent colors.Thanks

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Yes try it again... lol... we were waiting for that!

You have steps listed....try to find a another pc to try...try to reset the bios and see if that for some reason would help. But yes, try putting it back in. If not, id say rma time.
