Windows 10: Computer crashes a few seconds after posting

A few weeks ago my PC started to get a weird Blue screen crash where it shows the Windows error blue screen but it's VERY distorted as if it's overlayed on top of itself in different variations, then after 1 second the computer restarts and works fine. This crash only occurs right after startup, almost every-other time I startup my computer. I updated Windows, my BIOS, my SSD firmware, my GPU driver, my CPU driver through MSI driver utility, did a scannow and chkdsk command twice and on the second time it showed no corrupted/missing files. My SSD showed that it has 2 bad blocks I think that

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also

 

Issues while installing a second monitor in Windows 10

Really? I get a canned answer and nothing else? I posted that I had tried everything that I could find posted online. I did read the post that Andre suggested multiple times prior to posting this request for help. None of it helped.

My computer does not recognize that there is a second monitor is plugged in. The small step of changing the settings so I can put stuff on the second monitor ISN'T the issue. I am not that dumb. in the device manager there is only the single monitor listed
at one point there was a unknown device listed but my computer did not know if it was a monitor or a printer.

There has to be someone out there that knows how to fix this
