Windows 10: Computer crashes when screen off stuck on black screen with keyboard lights on

I have an Asus flow 16x GV601R with Win 11when the computer is on screen off either sleep or hibernate it will sometimes crash to a black screen with keyboard lights and fans on but not responsive.In this state, I can only force reboot it via long press on the power button.the event viewer shows this: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Windows 10 Black Screen During Install


Hey guys,


I was installing windows 10 (8.1 before) on my Dell inspiron 15 7000 series (7537), and it progressed to restarting after the installing drivers step, but after the restart and going through the dell startup screen, everything went black. The HDD light is stuck on and not flickering like it normally does. There is no cursor or anything on the screen, it's just black. I waited for an hour and nothing changed, so I thought maybe it was frozen, so I restarted the computer via hard reset, which took it to a "attempting to recover update" screen, but after a few seconds on that screen it went immediately back to the black screen.
Its been about 30 min since that hard restart and its still black, HDD light still on, and nothing seems to be happening. Does anyone have any solutions to this???

Computer Black Screen

When there is a black screen click the following 4 keys simultaneously and report what you see and hear into the thread:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
(you can practice when there is no black screen)

There are log collectors used in another forum room.
Run each V2 and DM and upload results into this thread:
