    Hi,

    I have downloaded the zip file and after extracting to one of my folders, I am sending the whole folder please.

    My computer makes humming noise before crashing to a blue screen.

    I am very much fed up and am thinking to go back to Win 7 Pro.

    PLEASE HELP AND I AM 83 YEARS OLD NOVICE.

    Computer starts to run slow and then blue screens

    Ok, So my pc has been blue screening but not making any crash reports. When I did the force crash on the "WhoCrashed" application it made a dump file but at the moment when its crashing by itself and blue screening its not making any dump files. It also
    auto restarts by itself so when it crashes the blue screen pops up for a second and then it shuts off my computer even though I disabled it.

    When the DM Log Collector is finished, a zip should be added on your desktop.
    When you upload a file, go to the desktop directory and choose the zip to upload, nothing more *Wink
