Windows 10: Computer Crashing.. Can't get any solid help.

PC CrashingHappy New Year, all! I hope you're doing well. I finished this mini ITX PC a few months ago and had issues with it from the beginning. I'm finally getting around to try and fix it because I finally have the time. From the beginning, the PC would have issues with crashing, but it really just doesn't make sense to me. I can play video games just fine, but the moment I try to load any video player Youtube, random website with video player it will just crash and automatically restart. Checking event viewer and the only thing that pops is Event ID 41 - no other events around that

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
