Windows 10: computer decaying overtime

So, I had gotten a computer in about late April. during the summer, I installed some software and my computer went a little slow. in about august I think, I had decided to participate in the windows insider developer channel program. I installed a few updates, and my computer mysteriously went slower. in about late December, I decided to try to fix it with the MSI afterburner. I played with the settings, and I had turned some of the values all the way up, and a few seconds later, my graphics card totally malfunction and my screen went crazy. I restarted it a few times, but then, I got the "windows has not started correctly" troubleshoot screen. I chose to reinstall windows with the files to be kept. it did not take so long because I had recently installed a SSD on my computer. when it was done, I reinstalled some programs, but when I reinstalled chrome, something weird also happened. whenever I had launched "robloxplayerlauncher.exe", the roblox page launched that application chrome had crashed. It would automatically reopen though, but it would say "chrome has not been shutdown correctly." I have seen other issues on this, though. and, i am a gamer. i use steam almost all the time. it has been lagging going slow and framerates drop from time to time even sometimes when i have the lowest graphics settings. this might be because my computer went a little weird when I installed version 2004. i would like to get some help to fix these issues or to help overclock my PC.
