Windows 10: Computer doesn't shutdown and mouse stops working after sleep

Hi all,I own a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s with the AMD Ryzen Pro5 processor, not even a year old.After accepting the upgrade to Windows 11, the computer stops recognizing my Bluetooth Microsoft Mouse 3600 or shutting down normally if it falls asleep typically when I run it on battery. It also stops recognizing any mice connected after although the built-in touchpad still works. Any attempt to shut it down results in the "Windows is shutting down" screen in a perpetual loop. I have to long-press the power button to force it off.The computer works fine after a hard reboot, as long as it doesn't fall

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Mouse won't wake up computer from sleep.

When my computer goes to sleep, power light is blinking on the computer so perhaps it's deep sleep, moving the USB attached mouse does not wake it up.
Allow mouse to wake is enabled:





This used to work, even with 2004 but somewhere with one of their updates it stopped working. I tried a new mouse, same problem. Any suggestions?

Yes, I've done many Google searches and looked at lots of responses but there really is nothing more than the above as far as a suggested fix.

I've uninstalled the mouse from Device Manager then rebooted, no help.

USB attached keyboard works okay and wakes the computer.

 

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.
