Computer dont cache new credential and user cant connect out of domain network

Hello,We have a problem with users credentials. We have some remote users. When one of them change his credential on the domain network office or factory and shutdown his computer he cant open his session out of the domain network.New password and old password dont work and the message: "We Can’t Sign You With This Credential Because Your Domain Isn’t Available" appear. If he reboot his computer inside the domain network it will work in his house. He can change his credential through VPN but when he reboot his computer new and old passwords dont work.We have try some actions found on internet:-

    :)

Network admin password is not recognize. only the local user can login. I check the system property Computer name: and Domain: is correct

This almost sounds like an issue when the PC is not currently connected to the corporate network. In those cases, local user credentials are "cached" and those users can continue to log in for a short period of time.... but new attempts to connect with
an admin account fail, because it can't connect to the domain controller (and those accounts are not cached)

  3. Losing Cached Credentials Across Domain Trusts

My company is in an environment with two domains with a trust setup between them.

    Ideally:

Domain A can access shared folders on Domain B

Domain B can access shared folders on Domain A

Every two or three days the users that have a drive mapped on another domain are no longer able to reach it.

For a workaround, we have started creating a net use batch file to run as a scheduled task but this becomes a pain having to do it for every user.

What could be causing this issue of what I can only assume are cached credentials being lost on the DC?

  4. Computer dont cache new credential and user cant connect out of domain network

Connecting to a Shared Drive from another user requires initial users credentials

I have a computer that I am moving to another user. We rely on an application that is on a computer on the network. I installed it with the first user who was authenticated with Azure AD. However, when I go to access the shared drive with the new user, it
asks for a password, even though there is no authentication on the shared resource. I have to use the original users credentials. When I use the new users credentials, I receive:

"We can’t sign you with this credential because your domain isn’t available. Make sure your device is connected to your organization’s network and try again. If you previously signed in on this device with another credential, you can sign in with that
    credential."

The computer I'm connecting to is not authenticated with an Azure User, and 8 other computers in the office can access it.

How can I connect to the shared resource without having to input the previous users credentials?
