Windows 10: Computer failing to install update 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for...

I am assisting a friend with her computer. I am currently using that computer to type this. When I check for updates it lists "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034441" as a pending update that needs to be installed. When I attempt to install it, the program each time tells me that it is installing, but the percentage of install never gets past zero. Within a short time it tells me that the install failed and asks me to retry. The computer this is happening with, is running Windows 10. It is a desktop Dell that was refurbished. This is the only update that will not install. 2024-01 Security Update for windows 10 Version 22H2. All other Security updates are no longer show as being installed. Is this a security issue?

2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) has been in my list of available updates for a long time. Are they either going to remove it or figure out how to install it?
