Windows 10: COMPUTER FANS SUDDENLY VERY LOUD, ON 100%, MONITOR GOES BLACK

I have a 4070tiCore i9Prebuilt.My computer suddenly gets very loud, unusual type loud even when I'm gaming. Fans I assume are on 100%. My screen goes black, refuses to display anything. My HDMI is connected to the graphics card. This is a recent thing. Mind you, there is nothing intensive happening when this happens. My temp is low, regular usage, nothing intensive. I'm assuming it's a virus or something going on. I'm been scanning frequently and did detect some viruses or whatever, I removed them, and then scanned again, nothing found. But right now without even scanning my computer just dete

Computer Fan Speed Running Loud When Not In Use

Whenever my computer is not in use (but it is running) and my monitor goes to sleep, my computer's fan starts to run so loud. When I wake up the computer, by the time everything loads, the fan isn't loud anymore? I try to look at the task manager as fast
as possible, but I am unable to see which process is causing the problem. I believe it's the process, system, that is causing it but I am unsure about it. Is there any way to fix this?

 

Unresponsive Laptop with black screen and loud fans

Unresponsive laptop with black screen, loud fan noise. I turned my laptop to update and shutdown after some time when i comeback i see a black screen and fans working really loudly.I decided to check if it was oveheated. I checked and it was not! I tried to restart and it wasnt responding to me at all. It bas been 4hours into the night and it is still being loud with its fans. Please help immediately.

 

PC suddenly went black, got loud, and mouse and keyboard are unresponsive.

My boyfriend built his computer a couple days ago (maybe 3 at the time of writing this). He's been playing it and monitoring the temperatures to make sure nothing overheats or anything. We were playing Minecraft and his PC monitor suddenly went black. The computer then got really loud (I assume all the fans were working overtime). He rushed to his power supply and turned off the computer since his power button is unresponsive. He tried to turn it back on, but his screen never popped back up. Now he says that his mouse is getting power (it is lighting up) but his keyboard is not. The mouse has only lit up probably 2 out of the 4 times he's tried to restart it.

When I looked up what it might be, I saw things saying it could be his motherboard, PSU, or that it was simply overheating. However, I would like to be sure before he goes to spend any more money on it.
