Windows 10: Computer faults

Ever since my computer started the change to windows 11 it has developed a few problems that i need help with.First i cannot gain access to my settings as it won't open.Second i have always used MSN as my homepage which i liked, now i get Yahoo which i don't.Third my printer won't print anymore which i was really annoyed about as i was trying to print off a confidential receipt.To be perfectly honest i find windows absolute rubbish now it has never been the same since it changed from windows 8 to 10.I would really like to speak to someone from Microsoft but the number i had doesn't seem to wo

Receiving Page Fault Error

I understand that you are receiving a page fault error while starting the PC. I’ll certainly help you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Does the computer boot to the Desktop?
  

I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Troubleshoot blue screen errors and see if that helps.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Sorry to know that you are facing this issue.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Admin account to check if this helps.
Ensure to install any pending updates on the computer and remember to restart the computer.

Steps to disable Cortana:

• 
  Login using the Microsoft account and then open Cortana.
  
• 
  Click the “Notebook icon” in its left-hand options pane, then select “Settings” from the list.
  

You’ll want to slide “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts and more” to off, which disables the assistant on the PC and removes all locally stored data she knows about you.
