Windows 10: Computer formatting stuck on getting ready

Yesterday I tried to log in to my PC but the login crashed and corrupted, telling me I would need to reset my passcode but then my login completely disappeared. We logged in on my husbands account and it said there was no disk space. But the files I needed to delete were on my login, so I tried to get it back, logged out, but then my husbands login crashed and disappeared. Now I can't log in at all.I have tried safe mode, but it doesn't work. I have tried an administrator account through DOS and it doesn't work. The computer tries to fix itself on startup and fails. It restarts and gives me tr
