Windows 10: Computer Freeze/Stall LiveKernelEvent

Good dayI am having issues with instability on my computer, the machine is relatively new, but I have been experiencing intermittent freezes, stalls and crashes which sometimes cause or lead to other issues like one of my memory modules not detecting or restarting from windows doesn't restart but the computer sits with a black screen and the motherboard report code stuck on a number, which requires several resets before posting again. I am honestly not sure how any of this relates, or even where to begin troubleshooting as this fault is intermittent it seems. Going back on event viewer doesn't

Edge stalls, freezes and otherwise runs slowly

First, I just replaced my hard drive, then loaded my copy of Windows 7, then upgraded to Windows 10. For the first day or two it ran fine, then I got a notice that Windows had updated. After that I started having problems with Edge stalling running very
slowly and sometimes freezing so that my only option was to restart the computer or shut it down using Task Manager. Now it is worse, even after I reboot. I've read other comments and run suggested checks to no avail. Any suggestions before I just stop
using Edge?
