Computer Freeze | Viewed Reliability History

Was wondering if anyone can decipher for me a Hardware error. I was going about my normal business and encountered a computer freeze. Very odd.. please note I did have the MOBO overclocked and just updated the Bios a couple a days prior. I went into Event Viewer to see if i could find out what happened or caused the freeze. Couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. Went into Reliability History with the same outcome, however, noticed two days ago that my computer suffered a Hardware Error. Upon viewing the time stamp on this, I'm pretty sure that I was on the machine but don't remember anything occurring. Here is the description of the details of the event. Just looking to see if anyone can point me to as what that code is. Upon researching online, it just looks like a video card driver issue, and I'm wondering if just something glitched with the current driver setup, being overclocked.
