Windows 10: computer freeze

I can't find what the problem is with this new computer. I ran the trouble shooting program on Microsoft web page and it did not help. I uninstalled a program that I thought cause the problem and that did not help. I am using Windows 10 home on my new HP computer. Anyone have any suggestions on what I need to check next? This a HP lap top 17-CA2020 with lots of memory.

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
