    Computer freezes after installing KB5048667 update


    My laptop freezes repeatedly after installing the KB5048667 update. When I uninstall the update it works fine, so I've paused updates for now so I can keep using my laptop. Any idea how to fix this problem?

    Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

    had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
