    computer freezes and blue screens of death


    Hello,

    My Lenovo computer freezes and a few seconds later, crashes with a blue screen of death. I attempt to read the error code, but it restarts too quickly. This happens often.


    I narrowed the issues down to three possible causes:

    1. GPU failed not very possible

    2. RAM failed system check did not detect any issues

    3. SSD failed swapped SSD and even replaced it to no avail



    I really want to get this back and running, so could someone please help

    Blue screen of death

    I often get blue screen of death, freezing and tearing screen. Mostly when using Microsoft Edge. Will maybe freeze then jerk back into use 3 or 4 times before the blue screen and the need to restart. Also before restart the Favourites/Reading List/History/Downloads
    pulls out but returns if I attempt to click anything and have to open another Edge window to use. Please help. I read that it may be a driver causing this and found an article to include minidumps. hope this helps.
