Windows 10: Computer freezes during initial boot

Hello,I have purchased some new computers for a company that I work for. They have been starting to give problems where it takes about 5-10 minutes to boot up and get to the log-in screen. Unable to boot the computer.

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.

System freeze when downloading the updates.

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• Does the system freezes during the time of update?
• Did you install any third party security application?
• Did you install any application or make any changes prior to the issue?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to place the computer in a Clean boot state and check if you are able to perform the updates.
