Windows 10: Computer Freezes LiveKernalEvent

I recently built a new computer and for the most part it is working great. However, occasionally it has been freezing and is completely unresponsive at which point I have to manually shut it down holding down the power button. These are the error reports I get whenever this happens.

I think the issue is coming form my GPU: RX 5700 XT

I decided to roll back my drivers to an earlier version to see if this would fix the issue. However today I got the same error message along with another error message:

Laptop freezes during Starting up on Windows 10 computer.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
