Windows 10: Computer freezes randomly

Hi,My brother has a desktop PC we built together last year. He sometimes has these random freezes we couldn't figure out why. I don't remember all the things we tried, but there were updating the drivers, mobo, reinstalling Windows, checking viruses, disabling XMP, removing the OC from the GPU which helped but didn't fix it ultimately etc. There are some times when it doesn't happen for a month or so, but sometimes every two weeks. When the freeze occurs he sometimes just waits and then it recovers, but sometimes he has to force shut down. Today we tried driver verifier because in a minidump w

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
