Windows 10: Computer freezes, then turns off display, and comes back weirdly

This happened 4 times already, sometimes, when I'm editing in premiere pro the compute will completely freeze even cursor and caps lock after about 10 seconds, it disable the video output completely, and comes back after about 5 seconds, but when it comes back, it doesnt display any videos properly video in editor appears just a black screen, and sometimes the app crashes happened with photoshop I first thought it ran out of memory I only have 16 gb, which is not much for multitasking adobe software, but this time I had task manager opened in the second screen in case it happens...

computer display freeze on first time login

Hi - This problem started showing up recently after got new motherboard installed.

I turn on my computer .

Successfully login and everything (mouse keyboard everything) works well for few seconds and then display freeze.

I turn off my computer using hard reset (pressing power button for few seconds)

I then turn on computer again and then it works well even for 8-10 hours without any issues.

These are the exact same steps every time. Note that display never freeze on second time login and always freeze on first time login. Isnt it strange..

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
