Windows 10: Computer freezes when multitasking

I recently bought a decently powerful new PC, (Ryzen 5 3600, RX 5500 XT with 16GB of RAM) and I have been having issues with it. There's a 30% chance every time I alt-tab or start a program that is fullscreen while for example google chrome is running, the computer freezes and turns the screen dark gray. It really gets on my nerves very often.

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
