Windows 10: Computer Freezes When Nothing Is Moving

In the past month my computer will freeze, but only when nothing is moving. If I'm watching a video or I am playing a game, it is completely fine with no issues. It will only crash if my screen is completely still. Every time it freezes, I get no BSOD, no matter how long I wait. I was once listening to music and the computer locked up and the audio glitched out almost like a BSOD. After checking Event Viewer, I don't see anything that catches my eye, but I cant be 100% sure. Anyways, I ran an OCCT power test for an hour and no errors were detected. I also opened up crystal disk and my drives w
