Windows 10: Computer Freezes With Audio Loop/Stutter Requires Hard Restart

[COLOR=rgba25, 30, 30, 1]So recently I've been this problem with my laptop. It seems to be happening mostly when I'm either playing a game, listening to music, or watching a video. The laptop just completely locks up, freezes entirely, and the sound loops/stutters on the last sound that was being played endlessly, but the laptop never crashes , it just keep on freezing until i give it a hard restart.[/COLOR]

latency issues, random stutter + audio stutter

hey, im having dificultys with my pc. im having problem with every task im doing, even playing a yt video. so the problem is im having random freezes and audio freezes/lags every 10-40 mins. i dont exactly know whats causing it but im pretty sure its not the disks/ram. ive ran a test on a program called latencymon and thats all ive got. let me know what tests i should do to help give more information about the problem and i will. ive been having the problem for like half a year now and its pissing me off. heres a picture that might help : (bios is last version btw). also ive gotten a lag that made the pc black screen and audio loop and i had to force restart!

Computer stuttering then freezing

Hello, over the weekend my computer suddenly started lagging, stuttering, then feezing whenever I use the Internet for too long. To go into some background this suddenly started Friday after I restarted my computer after quite a long time of not doing
it. Then when I started using the Internet, I use Google Chrome, when I would watch YouTube or open several tabs my computer will lag then eventually free completely. What is odd is when my computer starts doing this restarting it doesn't fix the issue. Once
I restart the computer it will continue to act this way til I hard reset the computer either on my own or waiting for the company to freeze completely requiring me to do this. I have tried restarting obviously, tried uninstalling flash, uninstalling iTunes,
which is the only thing I can remember updating before this started, tried uninstalling and reinstalling chrome as well and it continues. I also tried using edge instead of chrome but it caused my computer to instantly freeze. It's the strangest thing I have
ever seen. It only done it when I am using the Internet. It acts like it only happens when my computer is trying to load things from the Internet. Does it when loading tabs until they load then it will act normal. When opening YouTube or Netflix or anything
like that the video will stutter and the sound will become choppy and robotic. my mouse will lag and jump across the computer screen. Also, I have run a memory diagnosis and it said nothing. This will continue til my computer freezes totally. If I close the
Internet it seems to stop but then I can't use the Internet in any way til I hard reset my computer. I have searched for answers but nothing has helped. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it? I'm getting to the point all I can think of doing
is reinstalling windows and see what that does. Also, there is nothing in the events until I hard reset my computer then it will have an event saying my computer shut down incorrectly.

 

Computer Hard Freezes Randomly - No Error logs or Memory dumps


I posted on Sevenforums a few days ago regarding this issue:

I was suggested to check for temps (all were normal) and perform a clean install of Windows 10 (I had upgraded from Windows 7). I had another hard freeze today similar to the ones I was having before. The issue is back and I'm unsure of what to do next. Is this no longer a software issue if reinstalling the OS was unsuccessful?
