Windows 10: Computer freezing and crashing while playing ROBLOX have had no problems before, besides a...

I have got a few blue screens in the past hour a page fault in nonpaged area, irlq not less or equal, and kernel security check failure and every time this has happened i was playing Roblox. i have a dell latitude e5540 and its has never crashed before. another problem is having to smack hard at the bottom right corner which I think is the location of the hard drive to get my computer to start specs: IntelR CoreTM i5-4310U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.59 GHz 8 gigs of ram. Using windows 10 64 bit. have tried to use system file checker but the thing found no problems. my desktop refreshes and freez

When ever playing Roblox, Game crashes/Freezes then the computer screen turns black and I can only manually turn it off.

Sorry, once again, there is nothing specific listed in that Memory.dmp file.

Are the system crashes only occurring while playing Roblox, and is your system stable otherwise

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update
by using this link as your guide.

In addition, make sure that Roblox is allowed to run on your Chrome by performing the following steps:

• Download Roblox and run its setup file.
• After the game has been installed, try to run it.
• You should get a message box saying “External Protocol Request”. Check
  Remember my choice for all links of this type and click Launch Application.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you use another web browser on your computer to check if that helps.
