Windows 10: Computer freezing and going to Black Screen

Hi there everyone, thought I would seek help here since I have tried a lot of fixes on my own to no avail.

I've been getting constant crashes the past few days while using my PC, specifically when I am gaming.
It sometimes happens out of the blue for no reason and sometimes it seems like a constant trigger.
The issue was that my main desktop would go to black, and the second one would be fine for the most part, but would freeze. Then the screen would refresh like it was trying to restart the DWM.exe. Now after fixing around my system a bit, it seems that my computer will go right to black screen and just restart.
I have looked through the Windows Event Viewer to see what the issue may be, but not being too familiar with it, can't seem to pinpoint the issue.

I found that there was one issue with the kernelbase.dll that was causingDWM.exe to not work. But I repaired that from what it seems and still the crashes continue.

Here are the fixes I have currently done:

1. Updated my drivers. I have used a driver detecting tool to check and see all the drivers I have needed to install.
2.Updated Graphics Card Driver. I specifically made sure that my graphics card has been updated.
3. Installed Windows Update. I had one Windows update that was pending and I thought that was it, turns out that's not the case.
4. Made sure Graphics card fans are going. My graphics card was idling at around 63c, turns out that my custom fan curve was not applied. It did not help
5. Scanned the system.
For this I have done different things. I have used the Command Prompt to use the
sc /scannow command as well as the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
6. I've ran the Windows Defender for a full scan and offline scan, it was able to find one virus which may have been the issue.

These are the main fixes I have done to try and make my computer work.
Is there a certain tool I should run that would provide better info for anyone who's willing to help?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

New Computer with Black Screens and Freezes

Earlier today, I purchased a new HP computer with Windows 10 already installed on it. I tried to rip a CD onto the computer, but Windows Media Player freezes and goes to a black screen where I’m not capable of doing anything. I shut down the computer using
the power switch on my extension cord then turned it back on. Now whenever I try to use anything at all, it will freeze and go to a black screen. The freezing and black screens have been a huge source of frustration for me this evening, especially since it’s
a brand new computer with no viruses or malware. Is there something I can do to fix this on my own or should I take it to a computer shop for repairs?
