  1. Computer freezing/blue screening, VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE 116 and nvlddmkm.sys crashing

Ever since I got this PC a couple years ago, it's had the occasional blue screen crash or freeze into crash. I would originally get WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, but since my old laptop would also get that occasionally, I just brushed it off as the odd crash every few months. With my PC however, starting a couple months ago, whenever it would automatically restart from one of these crashes it would boot me back to BIOS and not read my SSD as a boot drive. Manually turning off and on my PC again let it boot up normally. This happened a little more often once or twice a week until about one week a

Getting nvlddmkm error in event viewer, game crashing

I already ran sfc scannow yesterday, as well as DISM checkhealth, neither returned error. I didn't run DISM restorehealth or chkdsk though, is it still needed?

Btw I'm not getting any BSOD's or any windows problems, only issue is game is freezing and crashing.

  3. Driver failure nvlddmkm/ VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)

For unknown reasons, at any moment (when playing a game or opening a browser, etc.), a black screen happens. Sometimes the picture disappears for a second or two, and then everything returns to normal, but most often the computer abruptly displays a black screen, and then goes into reboot. It can reboot several times in a row until the driver crash. Only after that, the computer gives me access to Windows, where only 1 monitor with a low screen resolution works.

I have already tried to reinstall different drivers using DDU, reinstalled Windows, updated the bios on the motherboard, checked my monitors, run cmd by SFC /scannow to check for corrupted files but there were none.

So far, the system is showing the following errors:

The description for event ID 0 from the nvlddmkm source cannot be found. The component causing this event is not installed on this local computer or is corrupted. Install or restore the component on the local computer.

    Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys)

My Dell computer with Windows 10 crashes frequently, displaying Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys). When the computer restarts the clock always indicates 1 hour earlier than before the crash. What is the problem?
