Windows 10: Computer freezing frequently

System Specs:CPU: Intel Core i5 9600K default clock 3.7MHzGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TiMotherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME Z390-ARAM: Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 DDR4 2 sticks 8gb running at 2133MHzStorage: 2 Samsung SSD 860 QVO 1TBPower Supply: EVGA 750W G3 ModularI built this pc back in 2021 and ran it with no issues. At some point my pc starting freezing, graphics and audio stopped. No sound comes from my headphones and you can't move the mouse. The pc will stay on for an indefinite amount of time, so you have to manually power it off and back on to unfreeze it. As time progress

Computer freezing frequently at random intervals

I'm using windows 10 in my hp Probook 4540s.

My Computer freezes frequently at random intervals of 2 or 3 seconds. If I turn on the PC from first window itself it is behaving like this.

I'm facing this issue for the first time. Why it is happening like this?
What I need to do to solve this issue.
